Pioneer Bank & Trust is hiring a full-time Loan Officer to join our team in Buffalo, SD. This role involves business development, portfolio management, and a variety of lending types including commercial, ag, consumer, and real estate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.


• 5+ years of Commercial/Ag lending experience preferred (related experience considered).


• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• A passion for community banking and long-term career growth
