Base pay range $67.00/hr - $67.00/hr Job Responsibilities: Lead agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives across various teams and time zones. Coordinate the delivery of native iOS and Android apps, WatchOS and WearOS apps, and a microservices-based backend on AWS. Ensure alignment with key program milestones and manage dependencies across mobile, backend, data, and DevOps teams. Maintain JIRA boards, Confluence documentation, and shared roadmaps. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development. Experience with mobile, IoT, or connected device ecosystems. Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA, and AWS-based microservices. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools. Strong facilitation and servant leadership skills; CSM or SAFe certification preferred.
