Our content-focused agency client is looking for an Art Director/ Creative Lead to join their team, on a fulltime basis. This will be remote-first, but Toronto-based.

Your portfolio should showcase your social media and content samples.

What you will be responsible for:

• Creative ideation and conception- you will be working on a large team of creatives, and have a full production studio to support you.
• You will translate brand strategies and campaign objectives into content ideas.
• Ideally, you can dive into art direction and copywriting.
• You will be crafting impactful content across various formats, for large brands, in the tech, CPG, food/bev and lifestyle spaces.
• You will be presenting ideas to your teams and end-clients.
• You will have the chance to work across many industries and brands. This role is not brand designated.

Skills needed:

• Ability to work remotely, as well as travel, if needed (to the US and within Canada).
• Experience working within an agency (Advertising, content or social media, ideally).
• Ability to write copy and create design, using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Designer, Art Director or in a lead role. This role will be heavy on ideation and campaign conception.
