The Office of the Attorney General has tasked this Unit with the criminal enforcement of financial crimes, focusing on fraudulent trade practices, large scale fraudulent schemes that cross jurisdictional boundaries or victimize large populations, and fraud perpetrated against vulnerable populations, such as seniors. This Unit is comprised of criminal prosecutors and law enforcement agents that work hand in hand to combat these issues. This Unit is additionally tasked with community outreach and education to bring awareness to fraudulent schemes and assist the community through a complaint system for those who are injured by unfair or deceptive trade practices.
Must be, or be eligible to become, licensed attorneys in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar. Effective research, writing, and advocacy skills are required.
