Audiologist - ENT Practice at Providence Health and Services summary:

The Audiologist performs auditory system assessments using standardized procedures to provide quality patient care independently within established clinical policies. This role requires a Doctorate of Audiology and appropriate state licensure, with a preference for outpatient experience. Description

The Audiologist shall perform services requiring basic knowledge of biological, physical, behavioral, psychological and sociological sciences as relates to the auditory system. The Audiologist utilizes standardized procedures in the testing, monitoring and observation for the auditory assessment. The Audiologist is directly accountable and responsible to the consumer for the quality of auditory care rendered. Employee will be expected to perform most job duties independently and in accordance with established departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • AuD - Doctorate of Audiology
  • Upon hire: Washington Audiologist License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in outpatient setting

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
