Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive body repair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. As a Body Shop Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring vehicles to their original condition and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform collision-related repairs on vehicles, including bodywork, frame straightening, and painting.
• Assess damage and create accurate repair estimates.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as needed.
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Body Shop Technician.
• Proficiency in body repair techniques, including welding, sanding, and painting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair estimates.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• ASE or I-CAR certification is a plus.
