What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning sales and gross objectives
  • Oversee monthly financial statements.
  • Plans for employee development
  • Establishing methods and procedures to accomplish planned objectives
  • Overseeing the hiring and training of all department managers.
  • Record and report sales performance.
  • Analyze performance in order to determine why performance is above or below expectation
  • Organizing demos, appraisals, closings, deliveries, and incentives

Qualifications:

  • Valid Drivers License required.
  • Minimum two years of dealership sales and five years in a supervisory position.
  • Knowledge of fixed operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statements and manage a large, diverse staff.
  • Must possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
  • A high school diploma or the equivalent is required and a college degree in business administration is preferred.
