Position: Microsoft Security Process Engineer/Security Assurance Location: Davie, FL (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Everyone we send needs to be a Microsoft SME – high level For the Microsoft Security Process Engineer/Security Assurance – they need to be a process engineer They need to be ok with documentation They are look at all process and procedure across Cybersecurity and helping to fix anything that doesn’t have the correct process and also to document or find where they need more documentation (along with listed requirements) Objective: Find a process engineer with strong security knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: CISSP certification. Strong documentation skills from a Microsoft perspective. Key Requirements: Understanding of processing and processes in general. Ability to connect the dots with broken processes. Experience in industrial engineering and process management. Security-focused individual who enjoys documentation. Strong on Microsoft : Understand and document controls being put in place. Creative and proactive : Think outside the box, figure out solutions, and look for answers. Cyber and process knowledge : Strong in both areas. Hard skills : Process identification, bottlenecks, waste, improvements. Soft skills : Approachable, able to gain buy-in. Focus Areas: Purview . GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). Monitoring . Data protection and privacy . Rebuilding resiliency program .
