Northern Colorado Springs Bakery Position

Northern Colorado Springs Bakery is looking for a mature, reliable, and responsible candidate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be reliable
Must be responsible to deliver accurate orders to vendors to enhance their experience at this location
Must be able to meet operational and quality standards in this fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Ensures the bakery meets food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
Communicates expectations and needs of the vendors to team mates
Develops their team to deliver the best vendor experience
Executes Brand and Franchisee standards with every product
Empowers the team to satisfy vendor needs and resolve issues with service
Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities to team to ensure smooth flow of operations

Starting Salary Range $37,440
