The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law, with a strong track record of managing complex cases. Duties: Provide legal counsel in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, as well as related insolvency matters. Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and bankruptcy petitions. Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings and mediations. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategies and legal solutions. Conduct legal research and analysis on issues related to bankruptcy law, creditors’ rights, and insolvency proceedings. Advise clients on restructuring options, asset sales, and debt recovery. Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring deadlines and client needs are met. Contribute to the development of case strategies and overall legal practices. Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law. Strong understanding of federal bankruptcy laws and the Delaware bankruptcy court system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex legal cases and provide high-quality service to clients.
