Body Shop Repair Technician Blossom Chevrolet continues to grow, and we are in immediate need of experienced Auto Body Technicians in our Body Shop. We have maintained a steady workflow and are looking for competent, hardworking technicians. NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS!! If you are an Body Shop Technician that takes pride in their work and has a passion for success, we want you on our team! We understand the great demand for experienced Body Technicians in this industry and Blossom Chevrolet is offering a competitive compensation plan for the right individual.

Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Prepare and repair vehicle per estimate according to manufacturer standards De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material Work as a team player to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles Meet or exceed Blossom Chevrolet's requirement for productivity Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair Positive attitude and fix it right the first time mentality

Job Requirement:Ideal candidates will have:
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to exercise good judgement
Valid State drivers license and good driving record

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical or trade school degree preferred
