Details: - $44 per hour pay rate

- contract - 4-6 months
- 8am - 5pm EST

Only considering candidates with the following: - B.A. / B.S. degree and/or 3 years of equivalent work experience
- SAP, Business Warehouse / Hybris knowledge, preferred
- At least 3+ years of Customer Service experience, eBusiness/eCommerce preferred
- Demonstrated troubleshooting experience, especially involving internet browsers
- Critical thinking capability
- Excellent communications skills including the ability to actively listen, interpret directions and take appropriate action
- Performs exceptionally well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Must be able to tackle new assignments as they arise
Responsibilities: Perform first level technical triage for eBusiness Solutions - typically on Airgas.com or Airgas SupplySync (punchout/digitally integrated) customers. This customer facing role will trouble shoot inquiries, issues and/or outages and will have responsibility for performing administrative duties included, but not limited to: completing registration activities, documenting information and processes, and completing tasks as assigned.
