Talascend is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with our client in Atlanta, Georgia . Overview The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to gather project requirements, translating those requirements into solutions, and evaluating business processes to develop and implement improvements. Responsibilities Partner with business and stakeholders to gather project requirements. Translate business requirements into solutions. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Define the initiative per the business need and create momentum and support to drive forward while managing the competing needs of multiple stakeholders. Focus on both business stakeholders and internal IT project needs to create an environment and process that ensures the successful delivery of the program objectives. Initiate and facilitate team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems and support users during critical activities such as UAT and month end closure. Participate and lead solution design solutions as appropriate. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports. Support the implementation of key deliverables such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others. Create status reports and prepare leadership summary presentations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software Engineering or related field. Experience in at least one of the following business/functional areas: Service, Field Service, Quote to Cash. Experience with at least one of the related systems: Salesforce Field Service/CRM, SAP CPQ, Cora PPM, SAP ERP, E-Commerce. Experience executing projects in a SAFe Agile Framework. Preferred Qualifications Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams. Apply rigorous agile project management approach on assignments. Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. Ability to translate and communicate complex topics into simple summaries. Creative and collaborative problem solving skills. Delivering 'fast and right' results in a matrixed environment. Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.
