Help4Access is an established IT consulting firm with 15+ years serving 800+ enterprise clients including Albertsons, Blue Shield of California, and LifeWatch. We historically generated $3.5M+ in annual revenue specializing in database modernization and enterprise IT consulting.
We're seeking a strategic Business Development partner for a performance-based revenue-sharing partnership. This is NOT a traditional employment rolethis is a partnership opportunity for an established IT consulting firm (likely offshore) seeking to jumpstart their US market presence.

Performance-based with two components:
Example: If you handle complete end-to-end operations (acquisition + delivery), compensation could approach 90% of net revenue.
Historical Reference: Our previous offshore partner received 33% of accounts receivable for delivery only (no lead generation). Your role includes the critical lead generation function, so compensation will be significantly higher.
Strong offshore IT consulting firm with excellent delivery capabilities but limited US market presence. You bring proven client acquisition skills and technical depth. We bring established brand, infrastructure, client relationships, and US market credibility.

1. Why do you need this partnership? If your company can land IT consulting clients, why are you interested in this partnership instead of pursuing clients directly under your own brand? What specific gap does Help4Access fill for you? (Be specific: US market credibility? Lead generation infrastructure? Brand recognition? Client relationships?)
2. Client acquisition track record: Describe your most successful IT consulting client acquisition in the past 12 months. Include: client location (US/international), deal size, services delivered, and how you won the business. Provide at least one detailed example.
3. Technical delivery capabilities: List all IT services your team can deliver end-to-end. Include: development technologies (languages/frameworks), database platforms, cloud providers, project management methodologies, and any certifications. Also indicate your total technical headcount broken down by role (developers, DBAs, project managers, architects, QA, etc.)
4. Business development infrastructure: How many people on your team are dedicated to business development/sales? Describe your typical sales process, average sales cycle length, and average deal size for IT consulting projects.
5. US market experience: Where is your company headquartered? Do you have any US-based staff or physical presence? Describe any experience selling to or delivering projects for US-based enterprise clients (company names, industries, project types).
6. References: Provide contact information for 3 clients you've successfully acquired and delivered IT consulting projects for in the past 2 years. Include: company name, contact person name and title, email, and brief description of project.
