Call Center Representative (Customer Service) - Full-Time
Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for friendly and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team! In this role, you'll assist customers by providing product and service information, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, with the possibility of overtime. Training will be conducted onsite in Hunt Valley, and after completion, the role will transition to remote work.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related issues
Maintain and update customer records based on interactions
Stay up to date on products, services, and policies to provide the best support
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
