\nKelly Services, in collaboration with a leading manufacturing organization is looking to hire several CNC Machinists to join the client's team on a permanent basis. Our client is experiencing ongoing growth and business expansion into 2025, having recently secured a new seven-year government contract. \nThis is a direct hire CNC Machinist position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

\n Job Details:
\n• Two shift options available:
\n Night Shift: 7:30pm-6:00am Monday – Thursday, enjoy a three-day weekend each week!
\n Weekend Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm Friday-Sunday, work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!
\n
\n Position Information:
\n• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes including configuring machine settings, installing tools, and preparing materials according to process documentation
\n• Complete quality inspections of parts including 1st piece, in-process and last piece inspection using calipers, comparators, gauges and CMM equipment
\n• Deburr or rework of work in process as needed
\n• Troubleshoot and correct equipment or tooling issues as well as completing operator level machine maintenance
\n
\n Required Experience:
\n• 2+ years of experience with CNC Mill set-up and operation
\n• Strong understanding of x, y, z axis, ability read blueprints, and ability to complete basic mathematical functions
\n• Previous experience operating Citizen Swiss lathe preferred
\n• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
\n• High school diploma or GED equivalent
