Commercial Drywall Finisher

We are seeking a self motivated individual with 4+ years of commercial drywall finishing experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $50K to +$70K based upon level of experience, travel expenses paid, and a performance based pay structure that awards high performance people and does not limit their potential.

Ideal candidate should be able to perform the following tasks with little to no supervision:

• Read construction drawings and documents to complete jobs.
• Inventory and organize materials on site per schedule and noted locations.
• Understanding of different types of drywall, joint compounds, tapes, and finishing materials.
• Skills in preparing surfaces for finishing, including cleaning, patching, and sanding.
• Proficiency in applying joint compound, embedding tape, and smoothing out seams and corners.
• Expertise in using tools such as taping knives, trowels, sanding blocks, hawks, and automatic taping tools.
• Knowledge of various texturing techniques (e.g., orange peel, knockdown, smooth finish) and how to apply them.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• The employee is frequently required to stand for 8 hours or more; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
• The employee must regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and infrequently lift or move more than 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• Must have a valid driver’s license 
• Must have reliable transportation
