Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, slate, and shingle roofing systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has previously led crews as a roofing foreman and is passionate about mentoring others while continuing to grow within their own career.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level installation, repair, and maintenance on EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, slate, and shingle roofing systems.
• Lead by example on job sites and uphold the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.
• Support the training and development of apprentices and new hires, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with site supervisors, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in commercial roofing.
• Proficient with membrane, slate, asphalt, and shingle roofing systems.
• Prior experience as a roofing foreman or lead installer is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to mentor and train junior staff or apprentices.
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a mission-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
