What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as a subject matter expert on predictive coding for compliance with regulatory requests and litigation
Consult with external stakeholders to determine appropriate analytics tools and workflows
Create models in various AI platforms and develop prompts for AI tools
Document and transfer knowledge to support efficient technology-assisted review workflows
Mentor colleagues and pursue opportunities for thought leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in an eDiscovery capacity
Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree, such as JD or MBA, preferred)
Proficiency in Relativity and experience with Technology Assisted Review
Experience crafting prompts for machine learning tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Second Request (DOJ or FTC) experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, and/or Brainspace
Experience with Power BI, Python, or SQL
Strong problem-solving and issue-spotting skills
Willingness to exceed client expectations
