In this role, you will process and decision loan applications based on established guidelines, while building strong relationships with Clearwater members. A successful applicant must be goal oriented and have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. This fast-paced environment requires strong attention to detail and the ability to make informed, rational lending decisions based on policy and procedure. The applicant must be committed to gaining knowledge of the credit union philosophy, products, and services, to effectively offer solutions to improve the financial lives of our members.
Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills and strong computer skills. One to three years of lending experience is preferred.
