Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and legal approaches. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of courtroom experience in criminal defense or related areas. Active membership in the Virginia State Bar. Proven trial experience and strong litigation skills. Experience handling a variety of criminal defense cases, from misdemeanors to felonies. Strong legal research and writing abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work under pressure. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the Virginia State Bar.
