Position Summary: Join our enthusiastic team as a Customer Service Associate, where your energy and outgoing personality will help us create delightful shopping experiences for our guests! As a vital part of our team, you will support daily operations and ensure our store stands out as the go-to choice for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests to make them feel valued and appreciated.
• Keep the store’s interior and exterior clean and organized, ensuring coffee stations, food service areas, and restrooms are spotless and fully stocked.
• Regularly check product levels on the sales floor, keeping items fresh and well-displayed to meet customer demand.
• Assist in executing company standards and programs that enhance the shopping experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or Shift Leader to support team operations.

Working Relationships: Collaborate effectively with store team members, the Store Manager, District Manager, and various corporate staff members.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, lift 40 lbs, reach overhead, bend, squat, and work in cooler temperatures.

Scheduling: Flexible part-time (up to 29 hours) and full-time (30-40 hours) opportunities available. Shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Specifics for 16 & 17-Year-Old Team Members: This part-time position may involve a variety of shifts, with scheduling designed to comply with state labor laws. Working hours are limited, ensuring a balance with school commitments.
