This is not a call center position —no cold calls, no scripts. Instead, you’ll be connecting directly with people at community events, fundraisers, and pop-up activations , representing causes that make a real difference.

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the face of impactful nonprofit campaigns. Your goal is to engage with community members, share inspiring stories, and motivate people to take action in support of important social initiatives.

You’ll gain valuable experience in customer service, communications, public relations, and event marketing —all while building confidence and leadership skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

• Represent nonprofit partners and socially responsible brands at live community events and fundraising activations

• Engage with attendees to share each organization’s mission and impact

• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating the public on ways to contribute or get involved

• Collaborate with your team to meet outreach goals and increase campaign visibility

• Maintain a professional, positive, and authentic approach in all public interactions
