Job Title: Data Analyst - GIS

Duties
- Perform ad hoc database investigations to understand data maintenance issues and explore remedies.
- Assist with the automation of data maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to write and debug SQL queries (Postgres preferred).
- Fluency with command line interfaces (bash, zshell).
- Basic scripting ability (Python preferred).
- Understanding of underlying data structures impacted by maintenance edits.
- Experience or ability to learn Apple proprietary database CLI.
Responsibilities
- Complete client project training for all map data layers.
- Complete client tools training for map data editing, edit tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct open-source research for map data corroboration.
- Conduct targeted research in registered data sources.
- Gain fluency with macOS, Numbers, Pages, Slack, Quip, Mail, Calendar, and Client Maps.
- Maintain good communication skills.
- Work 5 days in the office.
- Complete client-specific training and certification.
Salary Range: $59,000 - $65,000 per year
