Who You Are

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive on solving problems in real time. With at least 3 years of related IT or data integration experience, you’re comfortable monitoring transactions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping systems running smoothly. You enjoy collaborating across teams and have strong communication skills to explain technical issues in a clear, simple way.

What You Will Be Doing

As our Data Integration Specialist, you’ll ensure the accuracy and reliability of data integrations for purchase orders, sales orders, and other transactional systems. Your day-to-day will include:

• Monitoring inbound and outbound integrations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or integration issues
• Performing initial troubleshooting and escalating when necessary
• Maintaining process documentation and adhering to workflows
• Supporting the business with data integrity across all interfaces
• Being available for off-hours response if urgent issues arise

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of related experience in data integration or IT operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (level 1 troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with integration tools and processes (no coding required)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Mansfield, MA
• Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergencies if needed
