Dermatology Healthcare Recruiter – OnSpot Dermatology
At OnSpot Dermatology, we’re changing lives by improving access to Dermatology Care, bringing world-class dermatology services directly to communities and companies across Florida. Our mobile practices travel where patients are, making high-quality care more convenient than ever. Now, we’re looking for a talented Healthcare Recruiter to help us grow our team and expand our impact. This position is remote, but required to be live in Florida.
Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and hire Dermatologists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Event Operators, and Medical Assistants.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer acceptance.
Build strong relationships with candidates, clinical leaders, and operations staff.
Develop creative recruitment strategies to reach top talent across Florida.
Stay up-to-date on dermatology and healthcare hiring trends to secure the best candidates quickly.
Experience:
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment (dermatology experience a strong plus).
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
A genuine passion for improving access to healthcare.

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 annually includes benefits. Working Remotely, but based in Florida.
