The Opportunity

We’re looking to add Vehicle Detail Specialists to our team. This is an entry-level role that provides hands-on experience in the automotive service and sales industry. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers by ensuring every vehicle leaves looking its absolute best.

• Pay : Starting at $12/hour (higher pay considered for experienced candidates)

What We’re Looking For

We want hardworking individuals who take pride in delivering quality work. No prior experience is necessary, though customer service, automotive, or detail experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Positive attitude with a can-do mentality

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to improve

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

What You’ll Do

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles (new, used, or collision-damaged)

• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure the highest quality standards

• Meet specific customer requirements for every vehicle

• Maintain and operate all service tools and equipment properly

• Report any vehicle damage promptly and clearly to supervising management

• Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow

• Uphold excellent service standards to positively represent Giles Automotive

• Perform other duties as assigned
