Job Summary The Director, Digital Channel Experience is responsible for the vision, development, and execution of Memorial Hermann's digital transformation strategy across various digital channels, including our mobile app, web, messaging, virtual health, and remote patient monitoring. This role involves developing strategies based on business and clinical needs, leveraging digital capabilities like machine learning and AI, and leading a team of product managers and analysts using agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction for digital experiences ensuring seamless interactions across all digital channels. Manage and guide a team of product managers and analysts to research, evaluate, and implement new features based on data insights. Utilize objectives and key results (OKRs) to improve digital channels and exceed user expectations. Develop and maintain a clear vision for digital channels, aligning with growth objectives. Collaborate with care delivery and leadership teams to prioritize new features and enhance patient engagement. Partner with various internal and external teams to advance digital experiences in a dynamic healthcare environment. Ensure consistent and coherent user experiences across all digital platforms. Communicate and promote the digital strategy internally and externally. Model Memorial Hermann’s standards of compassionate, safe, and efficient care. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or related field; Master’s preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital product or technology development. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior management. Deep understanding of digital processes, human-centered design, and digital transformation trends, especially in healthcare. Experience with agile product development and data analytics.
