JOB PURPOSE:

Performs executive leader coaching to drive Operational Excellence. Actively assists departments of the Piedmont Healthcare System to achieve the goals of the System. Facilitates and implements prescriptive tactics and tools to drive better leader performance and decrease leadership variance. Establishes and maintains working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Prepares and presents oral and written reports concerning the progress of the organization in meeting its goals. Oversees the activities of Volunteer Services in the pursuit of goals and objectives. Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelors Degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in leading and participating in customer service improvement programs, coaching efforts and programs, or a closely related field, in a healthcare setting is required.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified Executive coaching experience is preferred. Piedmont Healthcare
