BeeVue is seeking motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our seasonal team as Drone Pilots . In this role, you’ll operate cutting-edge industrial drones for agricultural fieldwork across various sites. Success in this position means flying safely, consistently capturing high-quality data, and demonstrating reliability and teamwork in dynamic outdoor conditions. This role plays a critical part in BeeVue’s mission to transform agriculture through drone-based precision technology. Responsibilities Operate industrial drones to perform field missions as scheduled Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure drone functionality and safety Safely transport equipment and assist with field logistics Follow mission protocols and communicate effectively with the operations team Log flight data and report any technical issues or malfunctions Support teammates in field activities and foster a positive work environment Qualifications Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (Required) Ability to lift approximately 33 pounds (15 kg) and work outdoors Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Basic proficiency with computers and/or video game-style controls Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative Experience with drones or agricultural work is a plus, but not required Why Join BeeVue?
