CA bar. 4 years of solid employment experience. The position is offered as fully remote, hybrid, or in-person. Ability to make court trials and depositions is a must. Will accept applications outside of Southern CA, but court appearances would still be necessary. Open to plaintiff and defense side employment. PAGA experience of 2 years or more is a plus.
