About the Role
The Company is seeking a Real Estate Asia-Pacific Platform Specialist to take on a senior lead role in capital raising, business retention, and client interaction for the Asia Pacific real estate strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for quarterbacking the planning, development, and execution of capital raising campaigns, with a focus on developing and enhancing investor and consultant relationships. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and a proven track record in raising capital for real estate investment strategies. The candidate should be well-known and regarded in the institutional investor community, with established relationships across a broad spectrum of investors and consultants. A deep understanding of real estate trends, market fundamentals, and capital flows is essential, as is the ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies. Key responsibilities for the Real Estate Asia-Pacific Platform Specialist include targeting capital sources globally, raising incremental capital for various real estate funds, and serving as a liaison for product development initiatives. The role demands a team-oriented, collaborative approach, and the ability to provide thought leadership through a proactive, client-focused approach to product development. The candidate should be creative and self-motivated in sourcing and structuring capital, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills. The position is based in Hong Kong or Singapore and requires significant global travel to support business development activities.
