Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A CPA or other professional certification is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of experience in budget, accounting, auditing, or finance, and possess a deep knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, as well as federal, state, and local school accounting regulations. Skills in program management, complex problem-solving, and the ability to create and implement financial strategies are essential.
