As an  off-premise catering leader , we’re looking for an  Executive Sous Chef with both  culinary

talent and a strategic mind to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for a skilled professional

ready to step up, lead with confidence, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days—or

menus—are the same.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a diverse, talented culinary team across high-profile events.

Develop innovative menus, oversee food production, and ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

Strategically plan and execute  off-premise culinary operations for national activations.

Manage staff scheduling, vendor relationships, compliance, ordering, and equipment maintenance.

Champion a culture of  collaboration, positivity, and respect in the kitchen.

What You Bring

Proven experience in culinary leadership (4+ years in management; Culinary Arts degree preferred).

Strong communication skills;  bilingual abilities (English & Spanish)are a big plus.

Energy and stamina to thrive in an  active, travel-heavy role (up to 40% across North America).

A balance of  strategic thinking and hands-on execution .

Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering memorable experiences.
