Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed targets for new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that enhance the luxury client experience and drive market share. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and elevated experience for every customer. Oversee all F&I operations , working closely with the F&I team to maximize profitability and ensure compliance. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Recruit, train, and mentor sales and F&I staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Maintain stringent inventory control and merchandising standards to optimize showroom presentation and vehicle turnover. Ensure strict adherence to all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and relevant automotive regulations. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience as a General Sales Manager (GSM) in an automotive dealership, with a proven track record of success. Prior luxury brand automotive experience is essential , demonstrating an understanding of the discerning luxury client. Mercedes-Benz experience preferred. Extensive F&I experience with a strong grasp of finance, leasing, and insurance products, and proven ability to drive profitability in this department. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills , with a polished and professional demeanor. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
