Sumaria is seeking a highly qualified team member to work with various F-16 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Managers to load manpower, travel and other data for countries into Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS). Other duties include working in Virtual HR to calculate and enter civilian manpower for each country; updating project files in MS Project and Excel with the status of the countries' modification schedules; performing pre-LOA travel actions in the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) for overseas travel; and managing New Business taskers/suspenses.
- Support the planning and organizing of program/project activities and analysis and perform professional or technical work related to program management.
- Assist to provide project management for FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
- Assist to analyze FMS manpower needs for F-16 aircraft according to the LOR and LOA.
- Assist to monitor expiring positions and coordinate with project managers and SAPMs to allocate and extend positions with country concurrence.
- Assist to compile and analyze historical data and advise on future projections related to creation of new LOAs.
Required Skills/Education:
Possess the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, possess the ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman personnel within the technical/professional discipline.
Travel: Potentially, 10% or less
Security Clearance Required: Must have Active Secret clearance to apply
