Job Description A well-established farm operation in Southwest Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable Farm Hand to join the team in a dynamic, family-oriented environment. If you're a hard worker who enjoys getting your hands dirty and takes pride in supporting daily farm tasks, this opportunity is for you.
Farm Hand Key Responsibilities: - Support general farm activities, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and livestock care
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance of farm structures and tools
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure farm goals are met
Qualifications: - Prior experience in agriculture or a strong knowledge of farming operations
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation to and from the farm
