We are seeking a Nurse Educator to support our pharmaceutical and biotech clients by providing patient education on chronic diseases and medications. This role involves direct communication with patients via in-person, phone, video, email, and SMS, strictly for educational purposes—no medical advice or clinical work.
Responsibilities include: Connecting patients with approved resources.
Providing education on disease states and medications.
Supporting multiple disease states and medications.
Encouraging behavioral change and treatment adherence.
Facilitating dialogue between patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred.
RN licensure in the state of residence; multi-state license as available.
5+ years clinical healthcare experience.
Experience as a nurse educator preferred.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Valid driver’s license and residence within designated territory.
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and technology use.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel up to 80%.
This full-time role offers an annual salary of $100,000-$115,000, plus a car allowance, bonus potential, and benefits. Travel and overnight stays are required, and compliance with vaccination policies may apply.
