Accountants One is working with a fantastic company growing at an impressive rate. They are building their accounting and finance teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-financed, private equity-backed company that is growing through acquisition and organic growth.

They are hiring a Financial Analyst / Data Analyst to work closely with the Director of Finance and the CFO.

This role will help create and improve operational and financial reporting and financial analysis/forecasting. The successful candidate will have a mix of financial analyst skills and an interest in learning.

Job Duties:

• Develop and prepare management reports that "tell the story" of the financial and operational data.
• Perform traditional financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting/modeling, and budgeting.
• Assist with preparing KPI reports utilizing operational data and how it affects the financial statements
• Learn to design and maintain financial models

Job Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree
• Advanced Excel
• 1 or more years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Good communication skills, comfortable working with managers in different departments
