We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Kernersville, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering accurate financial insights.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of budgets and financial goals.
• Conduct variance analyses and recommend corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate their impact on overall business objectives.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and performing cost-benefit analyses.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and decision-making.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
• Strong skills in financial forecasting, modeling, and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
