Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on business initiatives.
• Support variance analysis and provide clear explanations for performance deviations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
