Job Description

Serves as a crew member in the role of Flight Attendant. Assumes direct responsibility for cabin safety on the ground and in-flight. Responsible for cabin service, including food and beverage preparation and serving. Responsible for liaison with aircraft caterers and ground handling staff at destination airports. Takes ownership for the cleanliness and organization of aircraft cabin including restocking of aircraft galley and onboard supplies.

1. Supports, promotes and follows the goals and objectives of P&G Global Flight Operations Safety Management System and security protocols.
2. Primary Responsibility is the Overall Safety of the Passengers, w/secondary Duties and Responsibilities to include Passenger Service throughout the Flight Operation.
3. Performs all Duties & Functions of and Maintains a High Proficiency in knowledge of the Global Flight Operations Manual, Standard Operational Procedures, FAR's, and Operational Specifications.
4. Take charge in emergency situations / evacuations.
5. Customer Service & Safety: Provide high level of onboard customer service and working knowledge of safety operations aboard aircraft.
6. Stocking Commissary: shop and purchase required items needed for aircraft. Maintain all snack items for freshness.
7. Aircraft Care: FA is responsible for pre and post flight aircraft cleaning and restocking.
8. Training: Must act in accordance with all aspects of P&G General Operations Manual, Flight Safety International recurrent safety training (or equivalent), DCA Access fingerprinting, etc.
9. Provide feedback on standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.
10. Establishes standard stock and storage locations for aircraft cabins.
11. Responsible for daily management of commissary stock and supplies and drinks as needed.
12. Handle aircraft bedding materials ensure supplies are current and ready for international trips.
13. Liaise with company medical and medical vendors to ensure that aircraft emergency/medical equipment is up to date and current.
14. Work with management team on outfitting new aircraft.
15. Provide Material Coordinator with list of supplies and quantity to order/ re-order.
16. Maintain aircraft cabin inventory books.
17. IS familiar with and handles on-board connectivity systems for passengers and cabin and has the capability to establish and resolve onboard connectivity issues.
18. Continuous education in leadership.
19. Other duties as the need arises to help deliver the mission of GFOs.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree. (Preferred) Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Valid U.S. Passport.
• Flight Safety International, FACTS or equivalent formal training for Corporate Flight Attendant

Experience:

• 5 years business aviation operational experience.
• Cabin Safety and Emergency procedures
• Safe Food Handling/ Catering ordering and preparation
• Effective communications

Skills:

• Must possess decision making ability as well as managerial, administrative, and analytical skills.
• Must have above average oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive operational experience, normally achieved as a flight crew member.
• Superb knowledge of customer service delivery.
• Successful working on teams with excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Take charge personality in emergency situation.
• Demonstrate an external focus.
• Ability to handle long hours, irregular schedules, and potential jet lag, especially for international flights.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Must be located within Cincinnati, OH within 2 hours of Lunken Airport OR be willing to relocate.
• Capable of working in high pressure conditions, such as in-flight emergencies or VIP service demands.
