Position: Bartender/Food Runner/Front of House Worker

Job Description: We are currently seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Bartender/Food Runner/Front of House Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, contribute to our vibrant atmosphere, and ensure that each guest enjoys exceptional service during their visit.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and care.
- Assist with food running, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and accurately to guests.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and front of house to uphold our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Knowledgeably promote special dishes, including seasonal offerings and chef's recommendations, to enhance the guest experience.
- Accurately use the ordering system to input guest orders and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen.

Requirements:
- Valid OLCC server permit, valid Oregon food handler's card. Awareness of legal responsibilities when serving food and alcohol. 
- Prior experience in bartending and/or front of house roles preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every guest.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to upholding the values and standards of Dump City Dumplings.
