Job Summary:
Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking a Full Time Housekeeper Laundry Team Member to join our team at our senior living community in Santee, California. This individual contributor role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments and common areas, as well as managing the laundry needs of our residents. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping and laundry experience, as well as a strong attention to detail and a desire to provide excellent service to our residents.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and kitchens
- Vacuum, mop, and dust all common areas, including hallways, dining rooms, and lounges
- Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry for residents as needed
- Keep laundry rooms and supply areas organized and stocked
- Handle resident personal laundry with a high level of care and attention to detail
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, as well as deep cleaning of apartments in preparation for new residents
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping and laundry experience, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting
- Familiarity with cleaning products and their safe handling and storage procedures
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
