St. Mary's Gastro is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dedicated team, providing care to the beautiful communities of Lewiston/Auburn, ME

Requirements:

• Graduation from a state-certified advanced practice program.
• An unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant.
• An unrestricted DEA registration.
• A state-issued Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
• Registration with the state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP).
