The General Manager assures us that the machinery and equipment used, will have the ability to produce goods and services for the client at an acceptable standard. The General Manager also coordinates with the quality assurance personnel to ensure that the goods meet an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients. The manager may interact with the employees, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics, and decide on the next course of action.
Job Responsibilities:
•Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, sales, and/or distribution of products.
•Manage staff, and day to day activities of overall operations within the paint shop, mechanic shop, sales, and freight.
•Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
•It’s an operations manager's job to make sure the organization is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and potential clients.
•General Managers also have to do a lot of liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers, and different areas of the organization, as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.
•Working with clients to resolve issues that may arise.
•Communicate and work directly with the Regional Director of Operations and COO to initiate all necessary measures as a management team.
•All other duties assigned.
Job Qualifications:
•Must possess a high School Diploma, and have the experience of a team leader with the ability to initiate/manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.

Compensation details: 75000-85000 Yearly Salary
