Overview : Beyer Automotive Group is seeking a proven and highly motivated General Manager (GM) to lead its Subaru franchise to new heights of success.The GM will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence. As the GM, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dealership, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, while growing sales volume and driving profitability. You will lead a dynamic team of professionals, manage all aspects of the dealership, and implement strategies to achieve the company’s benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across sales, service, and administrative departments. Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with company values and goals. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily dealership operations, including inventory management, sales processes, and customer service. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets. Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making and operational improvements. Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service standards and address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, and other business partners. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive dealership management, preferably with import franchise experience. Proven track record of successful leadership and operational management in a dealership setting. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in dealership management systems and financial software. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field is preferred. Personal Attributes: Honesty & integrity are a must.
