Position: General Manager As a General Manager , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a store's retail, service, and commercial sales, productivity, profitability, work environment, commercial relationships, visual presentation standards, and operational compliance. Responsibilities: Manage profitability across all dealership departments. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet monthly and annual goals. Hire, mentor, and oversee department heads. Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture. Review key metrics daily and adjust operations as needed. Assist in developing advertising and marketing strategies. Build relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process. Establish a customer referral network. Provide training and support to staff. Support sales managers in closing deals and attracting customers. Qualifications: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of automotive management experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of inventory control. Strong computer and phone skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Ambitious, goal-oriented, and adaptable. Valid driver’s license with a clean record; DMV check required. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $200,000 - $800,000 annually (based on experience and skills).
