Now Hiring: General Production Workers

About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated General Production Workers to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for sequencing products to meet customer specifications, verifying data using RF scanning equipment, and operating various tools and equipment. Your attention to detail will help ensure product quality and defect containment, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Sequence products accurately based on customer requirements
• Use RF scanners to confirm sequencing information
• Operate hand tools, assembly equipment, and basic office equipment
• Sort and inspect products for quality assurance and defect control
• Perform quality checks in line with company and customer standards
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and defect-free
• Support additional tasks as assigned

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in production or assembly
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with warehouse operations, forklift or machine operation, packaging, and cleanroom environments is a plus

Work Environment

Expect a fast-paced, dynamic setting with seasonal temperature changes. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team across various departments, including office staff, assemblers, and janitorial personnel. The role involves working in docking stations, warehouse aisles, and assembly cells. Dress code includes jeans and steel-toed shoes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
