What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accountable for Service Delivery for Quality Vault implementations, ensuring customer success
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Services teams to align on program milestones
- Develop strategic relationships with customers' IT and business executives to define roadmaps
- Lead services contract negotiations and develop implementation proposals
- Oversee project execution and manage post-deployment application teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years in large-scale program management with software delivery in Life Sciences or Healthcare
- In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical R&D in Quality and Manufacturing
- Proven experience in leading diverse global teams for large, complex GxP technology implementations
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level
- Based in North America with the ability to meet travel requirements of 25-50%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Veeva Vault implementation
- Background in Software as a Service implementation in the GxP space
